  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Tampico Citrus Punch Buy Now
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  • Line the bottom of a 9x9 casserole dish with tinfoil or parchment paper
  • Crush your peanuts by placing them into a zip-loc bag and by using a rolling pin
  • Combine all of your dry ingredients together in a large bowl and mix them using a spoon
  • Combine all of your wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl that contains the dry ingredients
  • Pour the granola mixture into the prepared dish
  • Press the mixture together using the back of a spoon until it is tightly compacted in the dish
  • Cover with aluminum foil and place in fridge
  • Let chill for two hours
  • Cut granola into squares
  • Enjoy!
