- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- Fresh mint, for garnish
Directions
- Fill ice tray with Tampico Kiwi Strawberry Punch and put in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove frozen juice cubes from ice tray and put in blender. Add sliced kiwi. Blend on low for 1 minute or until it reaches the consistency you want, adding more Tampico if needed.
- Scoop into a bowl and garnish with fresh mint.
