  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Fresh blueberries and cinnamon sticks for garnish


  • In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar.
  • Add 2 cinnamon sticks and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the saucepan.
  • Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Simmer the mixture for about 5-7 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the syrup to cool to room temperature.
  • Once cooled, strain out the cinnamon sticks and any remaining cinnamon particles.
  • In a shaker or a large mixing glass, combine 2 cups of blue raspberry punch, 1/4 cup of Cinnamon Spice Syrup (adjust to taste), and 1 cup of ice cubes.
  • Stir or shake well to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
  • Strain the mocktail mixture into the prepared glasses filled with ice.
