Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 1/2 cup flaxseed
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Tampico Citrus Punch Buy Now
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Line the bottom of a 9x9 casserole dish with tinfoil or parchment paper
- Crush your peanuts by placing them into a zip-loc bag and by using a rolling pin
- Combine all of your dry ingredients together in a large bowl and mix them using a spoon
- Combine all of your wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl
- Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl that contains the dry ingredients
- Pour the granola mixture into the prepared dish
- Press the mixture together using the back of a spoon until it is tightly compacted in the dish
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in fridge
- Let chill for two hours
- Cut granola into squares
- Enjoy!
